1. Facilitate the development of a framework for performance management in the MLGRD
  2. Develop performance standards for the various projects within the Ministry

iii.   Recommend and undertake appropriate training for the administration  of performance appraisals for supervisors, appraises and reporting officers

  1. Liaise with key stakeholders to undertake capability review of the MSD’s performance.
  2. Monitor and evaluate compliance with the various guidelines given on performance administration and management.
  3. Collate the annual report of the MLGRD for submission to the Minister


vii.       Liaise with the MSD to undertake performance audit and reform of sector MMDAs.
